As some like to call them “squeaky cheese,” our fresh cheddar curds offer that popular squeak craved by many. We make each batch of cheese curds using 485 gallons of wholesome whole milk fresh from our family farm.
Our curds are a mild white cheddar base with that springy texture that makes them squeak with every bite, especially when at room temperature. The enzymes used to make our curds offer savory cheddar notes leaving people wanting more.
Did you know if you pop the curds in the microwave for a few seconds they will return their original squeaky-springy texture?
There are five savory flavors of cheese curds available at our creamery store and many area retailers. White Cheddar is our original flavor. We add fresh herbs and spices to white cheddar curds and make our other four flavors: Onion and Chive, Dill, Tomato Basil, and Spicy Chipotle.
Fine Cheese Curd Toppers are also available at our creamery store. These are the smaller curd pieces left over after bagging our full-sized white cheddar cheese curds. They are perfect for cooking and can be used in place of shredded cheese to garnish soups, salads, and more!
